Ingredients : 

24 slices of dill pickles
2 large eggs
¾ cup of bread crumbs
1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of cayenne powder
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of garlic powder
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions : 

1. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF. Spray the inside of the basket with some oil.
2. Add olive oil and bread crumbs in a shallow dish. Mix them and microwave for 1–2 minutes until goldenbrown, stirring halfway.
3. Combine eggs, cayenne, salt, flour, and garlic in a separate bowl.
4. Dry pickles with a paper towel. First, put each pickle slice into the egg mixture, then coat it fully with bread
crumbs.
5. Put the coated pickles in the preheated air fryer basket in one layer. Cook at 400ºF for 8–10 minutes until
golden-brown crispy, flipping halfway. Remove on a serving plate. Repeat this step with the remaining part of
pickles.
6. Serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy your Fried Pickles!
