Ingredients :

1 lb. ground beef
2 carrots,
1 red onion, peeled and chopped
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 Egg
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions :

1. Pulse carrot, onion, and garlic in a food processor
2. Pour into a bowl, add the remaining ingredients except for flour
3. Form into a ball, refrigerate for 20 minutes
4. Roll in flour and arrange on the Air fryer baking tray
5. Transfer to the Power XL Air Fryer Grill and select the air fryer mode.
6. Adjust temperature to 390°F
7. Set Time to 20 minutes
8. Serve with toothpicks
