Mushroom Meatloaf

Ingredients :
oz. Lean ground beef
1 chorizo sausage, chopped
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
2 tbsp. fresh mushrooms, sliced thinly
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Directions :
1. Preheat the Power XL Air Fryer Grill by selecting pizza/bake mode
2. Adjust temperature to 390°F and Time to 10 minutes
3. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the mushroom.
4. Pour into the Air fryer baking tray, smoothen with a spatula
5. Arrange the mushroom on top
6. Transfer into the Power XL Air Fryer Grill
7. Bake for 25 minutes
8. Serve and enjoy!
