Ingredients : 

1 pound of 1-inch steak cubes
1 large sliced bell pepper
1 large sliced onion
2 minced garlic cloves
4 tablespoons of olive oil
½ teaspoon of cumin
½ teaspoon of chili powder
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
Pinch of salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions :

1. Mix beef, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, chili, cumin, salt, and
2. pepper in a large bowl until well combined. Keep it in a fridge for
3. 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF.
5. Thread the beef cubes, bell pepper, and onion slices onto skewers.
6. Put the prepared skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 400ºF
7. for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway until charred outside and
8. tendered inside.
